Any tips on staying raw/vegan in south east asia?

HI! I am joining your family more so than the challenge. I need some life changing things to happen. Feel like I am caught up in between taking care of my kids, husband, job, parents. I feel literally exhausted. I wanted to join yoga on my days off but my baby got sick. If anything I can do at home for myself to lose weight and gain energy - it is change my diet. I am going shopping this weekend and coming back with lots of avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits. The worst part is - I love fruits and veggies and don't really care for pasta and pizza and here I am trapped with extra 30 lb of weight! How do these things happen? Anyway, there should be the way out of this and I thing this forum and raw diet will get me out! I will probably crave sweets like crazy and will need help.

Well well well. I have been off and on and off and on and today, off. I know for sure that my problem is emotional eating, as I am very tired and unhappy with my job and life but now that I have a job to go out into, there is nowhere to hide, food is my last hiding spot.

I think what I have to do is a juice fast. I have bought a green-star juicer, and i've been just drinking juice for breakfast and lunch, and then eating dinner with usually fruit+juice. Today was a little different, I ate watermelon for dinner and then drank a very green-potent juice on top of it and felt immediately ill. I ended up comfort eating on things like peanut butter which somehow make me feel less nauseous ;/ I did feel really good today after 3 days of juicing + some fruit though, so I know juicing is on track.

Today I am 100% sick of the taste of all juice, and fruit, and raw food in general but mainly juice. Just thinking about it makes me feel ill... I hope this goes away tomorrow because I plan to start a 30-60 day juice fast tomorrow, as I have 3 days off of work in a row. It's the right time. I want to come out of hiding from emotions

I am not a pro but seems like fasting even if juice fasting is harder than eating at least something. I will try fasting maybe later down the road
