Lots of expensive ingredients so they work out about £1.00 each - less if you get a good deal on bulk buys but I didn't!

Hello, everyone, I'm baaaaaaa-aaaaaack! I am old-timer who has been away for awhile. I am re-committing to raw and want to join the challenge even though the month is almost over. Today I have had
1 cup of tea (tapering off)
    peach
    banana
    guava kombucha
    macadamia nuts
salad of three lemon cucumbers, one avocado, and some salsa
For my reward for staying raw for one whole day (woohoo! I have tried numerous times so this is actually a big deal, lol) I have waiting in the fridge a piece of raw cheesecake that is now available at my local health foods store. We will see if it is worth the ridiculous price I paid.

I feel like that sometimes - in this case it's because the "what have you eaten raw today" thread has been started up and I suppose there is no need to post such info twice and also I suppose that at the end of the month there are always fewer posters in here because some have fallen by the roadside as they see it.

I have the car back for a few days so I will be off to get some heavy shopping later. There is only so much I can manage by bike with a ruck sack.

Today was a detox day, lots of running to the bathroom and headache. But I stayed "almost" all raw in spite of being at a huge potluck. I was very happy with my choices.
Green smoothie of bananas and beet greens-OH it was so good!
Lots of raw veggies with ranch dip
    Green beans
Two bites of cooked food at the potluck
    macadamias
No food the rest of the day due to tummy troubles.
