I go through patches where I eat a lot of sprouts and then phases of eating none. I don't know why really. I think I tend towards the mung, aduki and small seeds far more now than before when I would eat more sprouted lentils and chick peas (chick peas I haven't felt like eating for ages.)

I never tire of alfalfa, quinoa or buckwheat but I haven't been eating them lately - maybe it's because my bf has been using the sprouting area to drain clean washing up. I must speak to him regarding this.

I know Mr Raw doesn't have phases of not eating sprouts but what about anyone else?
