Default Would love to have a "New Posts" link at the bottom of the page...

I would much appreciate it if a "New Posts" link could be added at the bottom of the thread. Sometimes the threads get so long and you have to scroll all the way back up to click the New Posts link. I would much prefer to just have a happy little link waiting there for me at the bottom of every page. I don't mean to be pesky, but if that's something you could add to your task list, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you! :-)

I just hit "new posts" at the top of the page and, there they are! Also, I can click on "Pg. 1" on a thread and, there are the new posts. Not sure if that's what you can't get though so, not sure if this will assist.

I wish the page numbers were a little darker on the threads that have more than one page because I keep missing that there is more than one page and just click on the thread then realize there are x number of pages that I have already read!

I always would click the little last post icon on the thread title and arrive where I needed to be but since the forum changed, that icon doesn't appear if the member's name is more than a certain number of characters long!

Hmmm. Not sure how I set it up yet, doesn't matter how many pages there are, I click on the title and it takes me to the latest post. I did something quite some time ago to be able to do that. Take a bit to get to the first post but usually, just click on "last page" and then scroll ~ for me.

I love how we all discover at this random point how differently we all ride this pony!

LOL, yep, Mystic.. well said. :-) For me, I only ever click the "new posts" tab, then I will click into whichever post interests me, and then scroll all the way down reading the comments. Then I might post something myself or maybe not, but then I'm still alllll the way down at the bottom of the page. Now, I guess it's not a big deal to scroll all the way up when I'm on my laptop so I can click "new posts" again, but it's a total pain when I'm on my tablet or my smartphone! So, I would love to see a little link right at the bottom of each page that says "new posts".. maybe just to the left of the white "contact us" link?

I wish I could tell you what I did because when I post something and I look at it, my post is right at the top with all the others below mine. I've looked and just can't find out how I did it!

    Aleesha!!! Where are you?????

I think it is the setting that changes the order of the posts. I'll go find it in case anyone wants it.

    Click settings/general settings/thread mode

Then think it is linear newest first.

TIP: you can press the "control" and "home" buttons together and it will take you to the top of the page, or you can press the "control" and "end" buttons together to get to the very bottom of the page.
