Heyall, I'm new to the forum and new to juicing. I haven't actually juiced anything yet since my green star elite doesn't get to me until next week I do have a question though, maybe it's obvious.

When you juice something do you lose any calories or carbs? So if I juice 10 carrots, would I count the juice as having the same amount of calories and carbs as the whole carrot, prior to juicing? (I realize there would be no undigestable carbs in the juiced product)
