Default Juicer or Blender? Where to start?

1st off, I do not plan on being 100% raw, i tried it before, it is to expensive. Besides i don't have the patience to go through detox again.

I am somewhat of a vegetarian, though I do eat fish on occasion. I plan on going 70% raw. Lots of veggies and fruits for breakfast and lunch. I love smoothies, and appreciate fresh juice. But deciding on if i should be juicing of feasting on green smoothies.. I do want weight loss. I am not spending money on an expensive piece of machine just yet. so thanks

    back to original question

blender or juicer, i plan on getting both but as of now, money is tight and one or the other now
Raw isnt about spending tons of money on classes and learning to spend even more money on food to make these fancy recipes, ... if it were what is the point of living raw but on cooked food standards. Raw is about living simply but at the same time healthy and thats what i plan on doing!

You really don't need either. Just eat fresh raw foods; it needn't be too expensive to do that if that is what you want to do. If you don't want to do that then maybe it is not the expense but another reason.

Haha if it helps I would've said blender! I have both, the juicer is a recent purchase and although I love experimenting with juices I'd definitely pick my blender over it if I had to. Just can't live without my green smoothies! Not to mention raw sauces/soups/dips etc.
