Are powdered foods better for health & wellness then fresh from the garden foods ?

    What about Vitamineral green.
Lots of people use it and it is easy to get. You can even get it on Amazon.

Where are you moving to in South America. I just came back from living Quito, Ecuador, and I had no problem finding lots of produce especially greens. I could buy huge bags of organic spinach for .75 cents. I can't speak from personal experience for every city in South America, buuuut I can say that it is a possibility that you can actually just juice a ton of greens instead of using green powders depending on where you are

I agree with Revvell....Richard Schulze's SuperFood is a must. We have been using it for 15yrs! We prefer the powder

    Default Garden of Eden

I like Garden of Life greens. Whole foods seems to be out everytime I go. Good luck on your new adventure. Sorry I repeated.

great, thanks for all the recs! much appreciated... right now i'm testing some out before i leave and the superfood plus sample i ordered wasnt too bad tasting!

i also did some more research on organic food in santiago (where im going to be living) in chile.. and looks like there are some groups that do famers markets etc that carry organic produce, so i'm so excited to check them out! also found some raw foodists and am already in contact to do some meet-ups! very excited.. maybe i'll start a blog of living raw in chile to share my findings along my journey : )
