    Hi Everyone!

    I decided to buy a raw food detox book a little over 10 days ago. I was completely inspired by her. I have always had an interest in raw foods since I was a teenager and used to read many of Leslie Kenton's book (from the UK). Since going about 85% raw my skin has cleared up so much. I've been struggeling with acne my entire life. Also, I'm currently in nursing school and it is just amazing to me what the governement defines as a healthy diet. I feel good and want to continue on this journey. I'm so happy I found this forum! :)

    Hello,

    Do come join us on the 30 day challenge thread for June. It's a good place to start off with being raw (and afterwards too, when you are a raw pro!). There's lots of support and motivation.
