If you download cronometer and fill in your details it gives the options of pregnant and lactating and will then tell you what you need.

I know DR. Cousens has helped pregnant woman, maybe you can find some information

Get the book rawsome by Brigitt Mars. She tells which food is rich in what and she has recipe

    Look for food rich in:

    -Acid folique
-b-complex (check your b12 level with blood test)
    -iron rich food
-VITAMIN A (Protect your child from heavy metal-gojji berries are great and they are rich in C AND IRON)
    -Sunlight for vitamin D
-Omega 3/6 (hemp seeds cover this, chia seed, wall nut etc...)

Record what you eat every day so you can track wich food group you aren't eating much

Chlorella/spirulina is very rich in nutrient/protein etc...

The rule of tumb, try to eat as much variety of color in fruit/vegetables, this way you will have more garanty that you have everything you need

I am not a doctor, please research

    Congratulations with your pregnancy!
    Blessings and love

You can usually tell the difference when you're sicker or vomit after taking the supplement, every time.

Undoubtedly which is why I said it was possible and not that it definitely was.

I wouldn't rule out that not wanting to take it is making the op sick. I don't have a problem with not taking it. We managed for 1000s of years without pills so we can manage now especially if we are seeking optimum health during pregnancy. Let's face it 1000s of mums to be eat nothing except processed junk foods and most of the time their children turn out ok ... albeit with every likelyhood that they will grow up to eat the same awful stuff as their parents.

Yes, the body is pretty amazing. I had severe debilitating (all day) sickness with my pregnancy with twins. I've always been a fairly healthy eater for the most part but I was so sick during pregnancy I couldn't take prenatals and all vegetables and fruit made me vomit, even smelling it would make me vomit. I could smell it when people opened the refrigerator and I would vomit. That being said even though I wanted to, my body didn't let me eat any produce whatsoever or prenatals during pregnancy. I could barely even eat meat or rice which is pretty much what my diet consisted of during the pregnancy. I lost a lot of weight during the first trimester and gained very little during the rest of the pregnancy. But even so I birthed two healthy twins. My diet during pregnancy was very unhealthy but the foods I chose were the only one's I could keep down.

I was able to resume eating healthy with lots of produce after giving birth and while nursing.

I found very small amounts of curried foods was immensely helpful. I was laid out with barely a twenty minute period in any given 24 hours.

I watched the food channel endlessly waiting for a food that appealed. Then I could eat a rounded teaspoon of curry with a rounded teaspoon of spinach curry and a rounded teaspoon of rice. That was when I was on cooked food. That was about 2-3 times a day. It was wretched
