It was a hit! Even all the SAD eaters were oohing and ahhing over it and wanted to try it!!
This is how I made it:
I froze bananas and put them through the juicer with the blank attachment. I then lined 2 different sized Tupperware bowls with saran wrap and packed the ice cream in making sure there were no air bubbles. I then placed straws in the corners to help me remove the individual cakes and cut them down later and placed fresh strawberries on them for decoration. I also placed the '1' candle on the top before freezing to make sure it was in there securely. Overall it was really easy! I can't wait to try more fancier ones maybe layering with fruit or crushed nuts!

What a beautiful cake! Kind of reminds me of a sandcastle, with strawberry turrets! It looks very yummy!
