    Default Pak Choi

    or however you spell it!

I have sown a whole pack of these seeds but when I was doing so, the packet slipped and as a result they are planted much too thickly in places.

I am going to try a night-time transplant operation on some and eat any other thinnings. My grandmother always would move plants at night as she thought they wouldn't be able to see that they had moved!!! Bless her, though she is right that plants like moving best at night her reasoning is a little romantic!

Does anyone else grow pak choi? Any tips? It's my first time with them.

I am a grandma so on my behalf and that of all grandma's everywhere. Thank you.
I do not think that I would move my plants at night because I would be afraid that I would touch a slug and I am a bit squeamish when it comes to slugs.
