I think it's something some people have a natural flair for. My father was one such until various health crises at the age of about 40. My memory has always been butterfly like. I don't think any amount of liquid sprouts would fix it. I'm not wired that way.

I agree that some people seem to have a talent for it, but I also know that lots of sprout juice works wonders. My memory and concentration (actually every aspect of my mental and physical health) has seen wonderous improvements as a sproutarian. I don't think there are any limits.

It's not really that important to me, but it would really come in handy to be able to memorize scientific data from dozens or hundreds of different sources and be able to quote from it effortlessly. It would be much easier to convince people that sproutarianism is the way to go if I had that sort of science to back me up.

    Me neither.
This time around my memory is far from photographic, but it is vastly improved. But l still aim to completely reprogram my brain via meditation. My memory was so bad a few years ago that l needed notes to remind me of everything, but the problem was that l always forgot to read the notes; l would see some big sheets of paper with huge writing on it reminding me to put the rubbish bin out etc, but l would think the bits of paper was rubbish and screw it up without even thinking.

Yes, green juice works wonders. Not only is my memory vastly improved, but my concentration is amazing and my ability to understand things is vastly improved. + my ability to see if someone is lying is very very good and my ability to use my 6th sence is excellent.

Do you know about where to get choline from? It seems it's hard to get on a vegan diet in the "daily requirements" range.
Oat sprouts are the best vegan source there is, sprouted nuts also have fair amounts. I don't know if sprouting increases the amount.

Cabbage and cauliflower also have fair amounts, but as sprouts are nutritionally superior in just about every way I'd stick to them. If you do decide to have cabbage and cauliflower (or any raw vegetable), it would be much better if you fermented them.

    Birdseed sprouts (millet)

Birdseed sprout milk with pea shoot greens in the background

The milk is always quite strong, but it makes you feel really great. Gotta be careful though, it can over stimulate the sex drive if one has enough of it each day. One of the highest sources of phytonutrients.

l'll get back to the forum soon and answer the p.m's.

Spring has come, and with the warm weather comes the time to bring out the buckwheat lettuce and sunflower greens again.

Buckwheat lettuce- makes a slimey drink

Time to stop growing the pea shoot greens, even very moderate warm weather knocks them around very badly because they are a strict cold weather plant. Even a 22 degree day makes them grow like sticks lol - not so pretty

See, when they lose the bright deep rich green colour it is time to stop growing them for the season

funny what you say about pea shoots. They don't like growing in the cold here. Perhaps it's down to the variety we are each growing and I suppose it is a good deal hotter where you are than it ever is here.

Do you never grow microgreens indoor under artificial light?

How cold does it get there in the winter?

4 degrees celcius at night and abour 12 or 13 degrees during the day. As soon as the weather warms up to 20 degrees celcius the snow peas really struggle.

l'll get back to this forum soon. At the moment l have been studying the law entensively and have found proof that the Australian Government and all it's departments are unlawful and have signed documents showing that the Queen is in on the corruption.

We had a ground frost last night and in the summer we'd be lucky to get 20C in the shade though we might get it in direct sunlight ... when we get any!

As for the proof, it's irrelevant - however much proof it provides. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Money is power and that is pretty much the end of.

The problem with the corruption is that we can't challenge `the system' in court because the courts are completely corrupt (l have 100% proof), but the beauty is that many rules, fines and fees sent to us no longer apply. For eg, if l am 5 km per hour over the speed limit l am no longer required to pay fines and will get out of them easily. l no longer pay fines for voting. l recently avoided a fee from customs. Soon l will try to stop paying all registrations and utility bills etc.

Currently l am helping friends get their kids out of compulsary vaccinations. They are threatened with having their kids kicked out of school if they don't get the vaccines, but l have ways to get out fo that stuff.

The funny thing is....courts don't have the jurisdiction to hear non commerical matters. So in effect mosty people are going to court and getting prosecuted when they don't have to be.

Basically the police are the equivalent to pizza delivery boys pulling people up and issuing fake fines. lt is unlawful to do so because they are impersonating `officers of the commonwealth' and can be jailed for 2 years under the `1914 Crimes Act' if they don't back off when asked.

    Better get back to topic.

    Better get back to topic.
And just when things were getting interesting, too *smile* I'll just say that everything Mr Raw said about the law in that post is true.

    OK, back to topic:

The above is a chart showing how much more bioavailable iron becomes in various grains after all of the phytates are removed (by introducing the enzyme phytase). The iron in wheat, for example, becomes nearly 12 times as available.

Now, sprouting doesn't remove all of the phytates for most foods, but it still removes enough that iron absorption would increase by a few hundred percent.

And it's very important to get the most nutrients out of your food, because the nutritional value of our food has declined dramatically due to soil depletion. A report presented at the 1992 Earth Summit showed that the average US farm soil had lost 85% of the nutrients it had 100 years ago, and it's far worse now. And it shows in the declining nutritional value of our produce:

The impact on trace minerals and other phytonutrients is even worse. The solution? Drink lots of weed juice, eat lots of freshwater algae and seaweed, and drink lots of sprout + grass juice.
