Detox and healing takes up to seven years.
How long have you been a sproutarian this time around?

Specific cleanses can speed up the process by a LOT, if you're interested.

my energy is 10,000% improved, my mind is 100,000% improved. l have reversed my aging so much that it is incredible and healing is well on it's way, but l still have a long way to go before my insides are fixed. My mind was once so dull that l thought l had dementia...l would drive in the car and forget where l was going, and new learning was impossible, now my mind is amazing, and it's getting better and better. That's another thing...if you want a sharp mind...ditch the concentrated fats like nuts and seeds and sprout them instead, boy oh boy that sends the mind to the moon. l once couldn't walk 5 steps without almost passing out, l couldn't bend over without almost passing out,,,now l can walk fast up steep hills effortlessly and almost roll up them. My once brittle bones are strong again and l am a new man, but not half the man l am going to be in another 5 years.
Interesting how that seems to parallel my story in some ways - I didn't really have a problem with aging (only mid-thirties), but I had zero enerrgy, could barely walk up a slight incline, every time I stood up I almost passed out and got massive headache unless I took 2-3 minute doing it, and my memeory and concentration were horrible. At one point there were times that I would sit down to, say, get dressed and then sit there for 20 minutes without doing anything, I had absolutely zero energy to even pull a shirt over my head. That's all gone now, I have boundless energy, a razor sharp mind (although I only have an average memory now, but that's only because of how bad it was and it's getting better every day), have physical strength far surpassing what I once had (and that started increasing even before i started exercising!), etc etc. Life went from horrible to good, to great, and has kept getting better until I can hardly even describe it in words and there's no end in sight.

Is it really the fats? I thought fats were good for the brain and nervous system. Gabriel Cousens system starts you out with high fat, on a phase 1 diet.

Sounds like me with depleted acetylcholine from caffeine abuse.

Fats are great for the brain, but they are best in predigested form. Concentrated fats reduce oxygen levels which reduces high level functioning in the brain and reduces other body functions. l believe a diet should be rich in predigested fats, that's one reason why unsprouted nuts and seeds are not ideal [among many other things]. But that is a purist point of view.

l've listened to every talk ever recorded of Dr Brian Clement on the internet and have taken notes on many of them, and l can say that this is one of his best. lt starts getting good at the end of part one and stays good all throughout all the ten parts. Brian is intense, but he has the science behind what he says. This is well worth the 90 minutes, it is BRILLIANT!!!

    Two years.

The first time l went sproutarian l was alot healthier and younger and the results were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! l felt like a super God and had no weight in my body. l felt like l was gliding along when l walked. l also drank ALOT of wheatgrass juice, pea shoot juice and chlorella and kelp. l also had very close to a photographic memory. l was a machine of the highest order and run everyday and really lived the lifestyle. l am not near the man l once was, but l am slowly getting back to that. In time l do believe l will feel like a super-God again. Nothing touches this diet.

Thankfully I've never touched a drop of the stuff in my entire life (minute maounts in processed chocolates when I was younger and knew nothing of health, but nowhere near as much in even one cup of coffee).

Ah, something to look forward to :)

I will soon be sprouting wild plantain seed and eventually oxalis seed (if the darn seedpods ever mature), and will post my results here once I find out what works. I might find a way to post pictures, but probably not since I don't have a camera or the technical know-how to upload them.

I've never drunk coffee but diet coke and pepsi ... oh dear! Clean from that for 1 year and 4 months. It's the biggest health improvement for me. If I had to choose raw or diet coke free as a lifestyle then I'd choose to abstain from diet coke rather than be raw ... obviously I could choose raw technically and be free of diet coke at the same time because diet coke is not raw but you know what I mean I expect.

I will be interested to know how you get on with this. They seem very happy to sprout and grow away on the plot where I live. You should have good results and it will be interesting to know how they taste.

They should be soaked 24 hours first, sprouted in the light and at approx 21 deg C
They have a notoriously bad germination rate and you shouldn't be surprised by 50% failure!

That's perfectly normal, celery takes a long time to sprout, sometimes up to 2 weeks for me, although normally you can see tiny tails by about a week or so. After they have little shoots coming up put them in indirect light and keep them there for at least a week until they're as tall as any other microgreen.

They seem to germinate faster if you expose the seeds to light, maybe one of he few sprouts that do.

They should be soaked 24 hours first
I don't soak them at all, they are really difficult to handle and spread when wet because they are so tiny. I've experimented with 8, 12 and 24 hour soaks and they didn't seem to speed up the process at all, maybe by a day or two.

They have a notoriously bad germination rate and you should reckon on 50% failure!
    They germinate fine for me.

I'm thinking an 8 hour soak, then I'm going to try growing it as a microgreen because the seeds are mucaliginous (I believe). I'm anticipating maybe 10 or so days for a mature microgreen. Let's see.
