Why not make it easy and try the following:

* sprout fenugreek in a 3 - 4 gallon glass jar twice a week
* sprout alfalfa and or clover in 3 - 4 gallon jar twice a week.

This would mean roughly 32 - 45oz of juice from each glass jar.

Then you plant a tray of wheatgrass each second day for 100 ml of juice a day (more would be better, but this is still good)
Then you plant a tray of sunflower greens and pea shoots each day also.

lt's not that hard to do.
