l have given Dr Morse a good go and have listened to his youtube for many hours, but he does nothing for me. Does he use sweet hybrid fruits in his anti cancer diet, or specific fruits like tomatoes?
Fruits like water melon, grape, citrus, apple and berries. He doesn't recommend any tomatoes because they are night shade but he isn't against anyone to eat them. If you do want to detox and heal the source of the issues, it is fruits the very least (semi-acid), herbs and even consider fasting.

Yea I really think it has to do with the semi-acid or acid fruits (the cleaning aspect). Sweet fruit have their limitations really, only for a quick boost of energy or when you need to nourish the glycogen.

Been stocking up on lots of stuff for the coming winter.

    * 12 kg of walnuts (for sprouting)
    * 7 kg of hazelnuts (having trouble sprouting so l will probably give them away)
    * 7kg of chestnuts for sprouting
    * 2kg of chia seed (for sprouting)
    * Bucket of AFA blue green algae
    * 3,000 tablets of chlorella
    * Large container of digestive enzymes
    * Many packets of sea vegetables
    * 10 kg of chickpeas (for sprouting)
    * 10 kg of lentils (for sprouting)
    * 25 kg of unhulled sunflower seeds (for sprouting)
    - waiting on 10kg of buckwheat (for sprouting)
    - waiting on 5kg of alfalfa for sprouting
    - waiting on 5kg of broccoli seeds (for sprouting)

Here are some big boys l picked up during lunch this arvo, not included were the 10 kg of chickpeas:

plenty of cheap organic greens in that lot!

lt always is a good feeling stocking up because l know l am set for a long time and won't have to pay out much money for food for months. So cheap to live this way.

How do you prevent mold during storage?

I would love to stock like this too, but i am not sure how to do without having problem.

    Thank you!

I have a question about Chickpeas. I just sprouted some and they are releasing the outer skin. As I rinse them this film kind of washes off but a lot of it stays and becomes slimy and smells funny. Is there a trick or am I doing something wrong? I rinsed and rinsed but much of it stayed on and makes me a little afraid to eat it. Suggestions?

Chick peas should not be slimy and smelly. Try draining them more thoroughly and making sure they are well ventillated and not overcrowded.

The only things l have a problem with are nuts, that's why l can only sprout them for 4 - 5 months of the year at most. l refrigerate the nuts and also keep the nuts in water in their shells for up to 4 months, this works.

Eventhough sesame seeds are supposed to go rancid due to the high oil content, l have been lucky. l store these under the house in a cool area in darkness in a HUGE cold glass jar (25kg). l have had my current sesame seeds for 1 year, but the sprouting rate has dropped from around 99% to about 90%, so it is time l bought another sack. l will buy some more soon. Also trying hard to get poppy seeds for sprouting, but will have to wait some more...could be years down the track, but l have registered my interest and the folks have the project on the cards (they will need to buy 1 tonne of poppy to slip un-irradiated poppy through customs, so they need a special project to make foods with poppy in it).

l store the sunflower seeds (25 kg) in the house because l go through about 75kg a year, so a big bag never has time to go rancid.

Legumes can be sprouted years later. Grains only last about a year.

Chia seeds are a high fat item (can go rancid), so l buy these in small amounts also.

There could be many reasons for it.

Try washing them in jars 3 times a day and sprouting for only 3 days,

even better, use a sprouting tray and wash 2 times per day as normal. See if this helps. lf it doesn't l have many other suggestions.

We've been storing our seeds, that have any type of oil in them, in glass jars in the freezer. We have the freezer turned up as warm as it can get, just below freezing I believe. We don't buy near as much as Mr. Raw does at a time though. Soon hopefully we'll have a second refrigerator and that will probably be full of seeds for the winter later this year.

A typical weekday menu at the moment would look like this:
    Morning
    A tray of wheatgrass
Lentil sprouts (5 tablespoons sprouted) and/or birdseed sprouts (4 tablespoons of sprouted millet) with kelp and chlorella.

Lunch (a super lunch that sends you to the moon and back, NOTHING BETTER!!!).
A tray of chia seed greens
A small bowl of sesame seed sprouts (5.5 tablespoons of dry seed sprouted)
    AFA blue-green algae

    Dinner
    A tray of sunflower greens
A small bowl of sprouted nuts (about 15 - 20 walnuts or chestnuts)

Sometimes l don't even get through that much. lt depends on how l feel. Sometimes l only require one main meal a day and can just survive on green juices. Green juices, algaes and sea vegetables often fill me enough.

The wheatgrass, chia, sesame and sunflower are nearly everyday items (very important), but l also rotate use many other sprouts also.

Also have the sea vegetables and the algaes of course.

So yes, three big trays of greens. And given that sunflower and wheatgrass are 30 times as nutritious as fresh organic vegetables, and that chia is at least 10 times as nutritious....that is the equivalent to having at least 70 trays of vegetables a day straight from the garden. See...hard to go wrong when you eat this way...plenty of nutrition and plenty of energy!!! And yes, spinach or broccoli juice tastes like water because it is so weak tasting to me. Even lentil sprout juice is like water, so things like weed juices are very easy to drink.

Unusual chestnut sprouts with two tails - bull's horns

Chestnut sprouts with tails at the end and coming out the side of the nut - very unusual looking sprouts. lt could be my lucky nuts

The ultimate in high fatty acid diet experiments
This is my ultimate raw food experiment. l have read lots of things about the human brain being high in various fats and that a high fatty acid diet is ideal for human beings. Now it's time to see just how good a high fatty acid diet is, not just a high fatty acid diet, but a diet with good balances of omega 3's - 6's along with a high enzyme, low fat, low calories, high amino acid, high carbohydrate, high vitamin, high mineral, high phytonutrient, high chlorophyll diet. My sixth sense tells me that this diet is going to be a winner and the best of all the sproutarian diets, but we shall see what the results are four or five months from now. lf l thrive l could even take it to the highest level and consume green juices only. l am feeling fantastic and my skin getting a nice clean glow to it that l have never had in my entire life, l feel l am on the right track, this diet is very powerful. All my dreams are coming true with this diet. Chia greens and sunflower greens can't be underestimated, they are truely wonderful..and when had with grass, algaes and sea vegetables the sky is the limit! And the funny thing is...it's not even hard to do...much easier than most vegan diets [l would imagine].

Most raw vegan foods are between 0 - 2 star foods
My diet is mainly 4 - 5 star foods. A huge difference in quality. lf you want to eat the 0 - 2 star foods, fair enough, but make sure you include a good helping of 3 - 5 star foods to really give it a boost. Raw vegan diets are a sacrifice, so why not make it work for you the best results possible and get the true benefits from it. Why go raw if things are a struggle? Why go raw if you don't feel invincible? Make it work and claim your right of high energy and high levels of well being. Achieve your dreams, because lots of things are possible if we do good things. Not all raw gets the job done, so include the sprouts and sea vegetables in the diet at the very least and have them every single day. At least one big sprout drink, but two or three are even better. lf you want to eat the fruit, the dehydrated foods and the vegetables...do it, but include the power foods (sprouts and sea vegetables) to make up for the lower level foods (nuts, seeds, fruit, vegetables and dehydrated foods etc). In that way you get the best of both worlds; you have the fancy gourmet food that is fun and probably quite nice to eat, and you get the rocket fuel to keep the energy high and the deficiencies away.

Where is a good place to get chlorella? I'm on a pretty restricted income but the more I read, the more I think chlorella would help me.

Mr. Raw, I am striving for some of what you are doing. In the next couple months I hope to start growing chia greens, sunflower greens, wheatgrass and sesame greens. I'm not 100% sure I want to give up fruits, but I badly need to detox and I really need balanced nutrition. I am almost certain many of my problems are from lack of EFA's and Vitamin D. I have some flax on the way as well to help with EFAs.

Yes, l would recommend chlorella over all other algaes and sea vegetables. Why?

1). Because it has possibly the highest known detox properties of any food ever discovered. Scientists used it after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and had never come across such a food that detoxed the nuclear waste so well from the human body. So yes, it is perfect for modern day living with all the pollution. lt also causes toxins to be excreted 7 times more in the urine etc etc.

2). Due to our parents, grandparents etc eating bad foods and having less than pure lifestyles, and given our bad habits and the environment in general, the human body has developed many genetic defects over thousands and thousands of years. lt was once thought impossible that any food could actually repair genetic defects, but now scientists know that Chlorella and AFA/E3 live blue -green algae actually repair our genetic blue print and make it more strong (the only known foods that do that). AMAZING!!!! All of the high levels of DNA/RNA and other things cause this.

3). Chlorella is also a handy source for iron and zinc and germanium. Many vegans don't get enough. And don't think for a moment that because the cronometer says you are getting adequate amounts of nutrients that you are o.k...no no no. That silly device is grossly misleading. Much of the food vegans eat is not picked straight from trees, so much of the food will have alot less than the cronometer says, but besides from that...it's not what's in the food, it is how much you absorb.

But another important thing: chlorella has small amounts of numerous nutrients that aren't in the soil, and they are highly absorbable. We know chlorella contains these golden nutrient jewels because it brings on good health in a way that wheatgrass and sprouts never can. We don't necessarily know what these nutrients are, but we know that chlorella has things in it that sprouts, sea vegetables, grasses and weeds don't, and it is very good for us. You can't rely on the soil for full nutrition, that's why water based foods (algae and sea vegetables) are paramount importance.

Probably lots of other reasons why we should take chlorella, but l am too busy to think of them right now.

Mr. Raw, I am striving for some of what you are doing. In the next couple months I hope to start growing chia greens, sunflower greens, wheatgrass and sesame greens.
That sounds like a good plan.

Relying on flax oil for omega 3's isn't a good idea either. Some scientists have said we only absorb 8% from the oil.
