radish, quinoa, alfalfa, lentils ... they are all good and easy to do.

The biggest problem I have is space to do it in because you only ever really want enough ready to eat in one day but you need enough soaked and sprouting for the following days. My draining board is crammed with sprouting jars (I use kilner-types with netting where the removable lid goes normally).

buckwheat and sunflower are EASY-PEASY. I think this video is awesome because she clearly shows just how simple it can be by doing it in her city apartment with pie plates! You grow them both the same way.

And apparently pea shoots are the same, too, because I asked about these and everyone said so, but I haven't started them yet because I haven't taken the time to buy peas for sprouting yet.

Clover and alfalfa are some of the easiest things I ever sprout because they don't have to go into the dark or anything and don't need any soil at all. They sprout right in my easy sprouter thingy that I bought years ago from sprout people.

Ttruthfully, it SEEMS that the only tough things, and that's if you want them to be like they are in the grocery store, is mung beans because they need pressure. I haven't done them that way yet - always do the standard sprouter jar method, so maybe they're also easy and I've been making mountains out of molehills. LOL!
