am new to this site and the raw food lifestyle. The concepts are not new to me but trying to implement them in to my lifestyle is. Mainly juicing and adding some smoothies in to our diet. Plus we are trying to garden with eating more greens as our goal. It is surprising how fast you notice a difference when you start consuming more raw food. Energy levels seem to change quickly and surprisingly we are losing our taste for the bad stuff (processed foods and general garbage).
Look forward to really searching through all the posts here and getting as much info as I can.
