    Default been awhile

    well my name is cassie and i went off the raw wagon in feb. im back , my body has started rejecting anything that isnt raw except for my cereal with raw almond milk ... so im starting a juice fast tommorrow morning and will try for a week before going back to complete raw ... i missed it and just needed a kickstart to come back . i love this " diet " and hopefully will be able to stay with it for life this time . my daughter will probably follow with me considering that she is almost three and really loves the plain old fruit . her favorite snack is a fresh thing of blackberries that she splits with me everytime i buy one . im 156 lbs and hope to go back to 125 lbs . wish me luck and by the way i have been keeping up with my exersice through wii fit ea games ... oh i love that . being able to work out from home with hardly any equipment !!!!!!

    Thanks for the advice on my thread and keep working everyday at it. Your already doing pretty great!
    Am I just trying to live with the Earth's abundance, not at it's expense.

    Wink day two ...

    today is day two . yesterday i had 3 liters of water a two twenty oz glasses of fruit smoothies , blackberries , strawberries ,and blueberries with honey and water (one cup ) , one of thoses large plastic v8 splash bottles of green smoothie . about a liter worth . that was two sm carrots , one tomatoe , two sticks of celery , one handful of spinach , one handful of mixed lettuce greens , about two tablespoons of olive oil , some crushed red pepper and some salt . i think that was it . the crushed red pepper kept me warm for the majority of my day . it was delightful . dinner was tomatoe soup . tomatoes , celery , salt , crushed red pepper , and one avocado with a cup of water . it was good . today i had the same smoothie with cherries added and will have a blended salad and i dont know what to have for dinner . does a creamy corn soup count as part of a juice fast ? no chunks only the luiquid . if it does i want that .
