Cool Curious new raw fooder here.

I am Josh out of Charlotte, NC and I am very, very interested in adopting a raw foods diet not just for health (I am out of shape) but because I feel a responsibility to be .... well, what my signature says!

Anyway I am here for information. Being a newbie I did alot of reading and I need support and help with building a solid foundation in what I can do now to change slowly but surely.

    Thanks.

drink green smoothies. Every day. As much as you can tolerate (ENJOY). ;-)

Great way to start when you're brand new to it all.

    Just my 2 cents.

Quick Tidbit I made a smoothie today for the first time today consisting of carrots, celery, apples and clementines and played basketball at the park like I do every weekend but when I come home i'm usually depleted but I feel great. Nothing else changed so I have no choice but to attribute it to that. Step 1 success.

honey good job !!! if you havent looked into it yet look into dr. norman w . walker's fresh vegetable and fruit juices . it is considered a juice bible if you will ... so much information in there . he cured himself of a diasese from the juices . another one to look into is raw vegan body-building muscle mass by storm talifero . it is an e book and you do have to pay for it . this is his family's buisness . they are a bit different in theyre religious beliefs but very good info from them . they have quite a few raw food books available and its so worth the money . you can also find a lot of free raw food recipes online . anne phyo . i might have mispelled that but she makes raw chochlate and shows you how to do it . well good luck and congrates to you on ur success so far . you r new so look into raw vegan detox . the more you know the better it will be .

stock up on a lot of fresh garlic ... it is a natural antiboitic and great for the detox .. will help make it a little shorter . plus having some daily will help build up your emune system (mispelled that ) . i just throw a clove or two into my daily green smoothies . good luck and stay positive about it . it is so much better of a life style then anything else .
