    Default sticking to it!

    Hi Everyone

    I need some motivation, I am only on my second day and really finding it hard to stick to it. I am starving and eating tons and often and having huge cravings. Last night I could not sleep cause I was soooo hungry and not staified. I had to get up and eat a banana and PB (i know it was not raw) now I have raw almond butter. Any inspiration?????

    Please Help.....I know i will feel better in the end.

    When starting out there are so many changes. Eat dense foods to satiate, like banana, mango, avocado, nuts, seeds. If you have access to raw food get a variety of crackers and the like. I made nut cheese and dips for the chips and that helped with the cravings. I also make a raw oatmeal raisin cookie and a raw macroon that helped a LOT.

    Hi Everyone

    Thanks for responding. I am eating lots of nuts (almond) and an avocado a day, hemp seeds, vega (omega oil), lots of fruit and veg. I think my body is just really sensitive. I get migraines all the time and had one last night so I caved and ate some toast. But all raw since that.

    I think i just am craving junk and sugar to tell you the truth. I hope this goes away. I am new to this so need to learn some neat recipes. I think that will help.

    I would suggest having a Green Smoothie daily... I don't know if I could have made it without them
