So happy I found the raw diet I'm raw now for one year and lost 106 lbs.... I'm 50 yrs old and feel like a kid again... Doing Zumba 2x a week eating cucumbers, kale apple smoothies, mangos, and almond milk my faves.... found great support on the program that helped me go raw but i need more! Seems to be the most important thing for me to have lots of contact with raw peeps!!!
