My DD (now 14.5 months old) has struggled with severe eczema since she was about two months old. It is so bad she wakes up in the middle of the night itching and can't sleep. It cleared up alot when I first went raw, the first clear up she's had in the year and I attributed alot of that success to me stopping coffee. Now she is breaking out again and I am beginning to suspect tomatoes as I have had raw enchiladas two nights in a row (I noticed bad flare ups before after pizza or something else with tomatoes.) She eats some solids but is still primarily breastfed. I tried drinking nettle tea but I don't know that it did much for her. Is there anything else I can do for her? I have done allergy elimination and my diet is restricted enough right now that I hate to do any other kind of food elimination at this point. I'm too exhausted for it. I also use a lotion with calendula and don't bathe alot...etc.

Should I be feeding her more raw foods? She loves them. I guess I just feed her what I feed the boys - turkey burgers and eggs and pasta sometimes - along with veggies and fruit of course. Any foods that you can think of that could be particularly soothing or offensive to her?
