Get the book rawsome by Brigitt Mars. She tells which food is rich in what and she has recipe
Look for food rich in:
-Acid folique
-b-complex (check your b12 level with blood test)
-iron rich food
-VITAMIN A (Protect your child from heavy metal-gojji berries are great and they are rich in C AND IRON)
-Sunlight for vitamin D
-Omega 3/6 (hemp seeds cover this, chia seed, wall nut etc...)
Record what you eat every day so you can track wich food group you aren't eating much
Chlorella/spirulina is very rich in nutrient/protein etc...
The rule of tumb, try to eat as much variety of color in fruit/vegetables, this way you will have more garanty that you have everything you need
