    Default Weight gain

So since eating raw since August-- I have lost lots of weight. I have always been thin- but went from 130 to under 100. I'm skin and bones--look like a skeleton. So how do I gain weight???

If you continue to eat this little, you might just vanish... It's pretty much all fruit, no nuts, no grains, only bit of fat comes from the avocado... I saw this earlier in the challenge thread but I didn't know you want to gain weight... Perhaps you eat better on other days but in any case you might want to try some of the calorie calculator sites to check how much you need in a day and how much you are actually consuming... Just from seeing this I can tell that you are badly undereating, while you need to be slightly overeating...

I am no expert here but like woot said you may want to add higher calorie foods to your day. Whats in your GS? Is it just fruit and greens or do you add in fats like hemp or nuts? You may want to add pate to your cabbage wrap. Some will consume coconut oil alone or in their smoothies. This can be a source of calories. Wish you the best!

I am in the 30 day challenge this month so you can see my daily diet. I have the opposite problem as I want to take off 3-4 pounds.

Thanks you all! I do only put fruit and greens in my green smoothies. I do have the occasional nuts/grains. I'll have to eat more food. I'll check out a calorie site.
