Bentonite clay is very good for removing toxins, but it will "back you up" if you aren't careful. Many people take it with plenty of water ad then take some sort of fiber supplement or natural laxative to help move things along. The clay is great for grabbing toxins, but that's only half the process; the other half is to get them out of your body.
Because of those properties, however, it is quite useful for people with IBS and similar digestive problems because it can "firm up" their stools. Products with mucilage are also very good for that.

you should never use the powder if you are going to ingest it. use the pre-mix instead. it can cause blockages if it's not mixed properly and your health is worth the extra little bit it costs to buy it pre-mixed.

I had my second colonic a few hours ago and it was super easy with no pain! It actually felt really good and I released a TON!!! I have already scheduled my next one!

I feel great! I can see how people can get addicted to colon cleansing!

And people say it's impossible for fecal matter and mucoid plaque to get stuck in your colon...
I'm glad you went for it.

I had had 10 huge bowel movements in the 24 hours before my appointment all while doing liquid raw to make sure I was uber-hydrated, yet 15 gallons of water was put into me, very slowly, over a 45 minutes period and I watched as 15 gallons of waste appeared to leave. I was flabbergasted and so glad I did it again! I'm hooked!

I had a constipation problem again, which I am NOT happy about! It has happened after both colonics on the 3rd & 4th day after the colonic. Any advice?

If you have been having slow transit then you might find it is related to that transit time/cycle. Was it you who we discussed transit times with and used beets as a marker?

No, it wasn't me.

My 3rd colonic went very well. No pain and a ton of matter released!

since you don't say that you are water fasting between treatments, it's not surprising stuff is coming out; you are putting stuff in :)

No, I am not water fasting but I do do only liquids for 48 hours before.
All 3 times I have had a colonic I have had 10-12 bowel movements in the 24 hours prior, so, to me, it was SHOCKING how much came out of me!!!
Also, I have had a 5-7 pound weight loss with each colonic!

Not uncommon...and to think it's mostly fecal matter!
That's why cleansing, colonics, and enemas are so important - you may never know it's there (unless you do the above), but it negatively impacts your health every minute of every day.
Many people have had various different health conditions (some severe) "miraculously" go away solely through cleansing the colon. The old saying "Death begins in the colon" is very true, and so is the reverse..."Health begins in the colon".

Today is the 3rd day after my last colonic and so far no constipation. Thank goodness!

How is it going? Sometimes I feel like I should try colonics even though I really don't think it's natural or a good idea ... part of me thinks that I should try it so my opinion is more "informed". I can't afford it at the moment though!
