I just made this "cheese" and I love it!!

I can't wait for my daughter to try this out..she is a cheese-y/cream-y fiend like her mama. I don't have a cool blender yet so it took me like at least 15 minutes to make it all smooth and creamy. It tastes like nacho cheese! I'm tempted to go buy some pasta so I can turn it into a mac and "cheese" dish..yumm...what would a good "raw" macaroni be? Any suggestions? Besides kelp and zuchinni? Also..how do you make "spiral" pasta with just a peeler? (new toys are not in the budget for at least another month)

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews, sunflower seeds or almonds
½ large red bell pepper
¼ cup water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon tahini
1½ teaspoon sea salt
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoon onion powder (or a small slice of onion or 1 Tbsp of green onion)

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Add more water if it is too thick.
