Hello Eva! Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am also pregnant and thinking that we must be pretty close to each other. I am due Oct 29th. Thereabouts anyways. Babies come whenever they feel like it and never when we expect them too!!
I wanted to tell you too that I was all raw for the last 6 weeks only of my last pregnancy and it made a HUGE difference on labor and delivery. Just those 6 weeks!! I am currently having a raw pregnancy and plan on sticking with it for the entire pregnancy this time around. I figure if 6 weeks can make such a big difference how much more so will being raw the whole time? So I am excited.
I'm having really bad morning/noon/night sickness. I can not stomach green smoothies at all right now, but I love banana smoothies with a little bit of cashew butter. Those really seem to settle my stomach.
Anyways, wanted to say hi! :)

YES Alisha! We are super close! I'm due about November 9! I should say, I was NOT all raw on Monday, I had some cooked veggies mixed with raw on Monday at a veggie restaurant with options more limited than expected. But generally I'm not making many allowances for such things. I was fiiiiine, but just being honest. :)

I'm hoping to have a labor like yours was, assuming it was great! lol!

Today was not super interested in GS either, although I had some anyways. I loooove banana smoothies mixed with coconut milk these days! VERY filling and soothing too. Have you tried that?!

YAY, will look forward to seeing how you are doing as you go.

Ohh A smoothie with bananas and coconut milk sounds super yummy! I will have to try that. I had a non raw supper last night. It was my own fault too. Ir I do not eat regularly, like every couple hours, I get very sick. I get this pit in my stomach and it is very painful and uncomfortable. I started feeling that way while I was making supper for the family and realized that all day I had only eaten 3 oranges and a couple of dates. Not good. And typically once I start to feel that way I need to eat something heavy to make me feel full. So I ended up having the bean and rice burritoes that I made for my family. And I did feel better after that. Today I am back to it. I just need to make sure that I don't let the day get away from me without eating enough so I don't feel like that again!
And yes, my last birth was wonderful! We had a lovely home water birth and my babe was so peaceful and content when she arrived. It was so amazing :)

Isn't that interesting! Me too ~ I am finding it is EXTRA important to eat before I start to get hungry. Otherwise, it is harder to be satisfied by raw food. BUT thankfully I've been on top of it after learning my lesson and am successfully sticking to 100% raw!

I've been keeping about a dozen collard wraps on hand in the fridge! lol! I eat SO MANY MORE THAN USUAL in one sitting. But it's fine by me.

Hey is your skin going crazy too?? My face is producing sooo much more oil. Finally I created a natural skin mask that is helping, but GRACIOUS. It's been years since my skin was not in tip-top shape. So it's quite strange for me!!

So intrigued by a water birth... of course... we don't even have a bathtub so would have to get a pool for the living room or something? lol!

Hi i am also pregnant 19+3 found the nausea really hard to deal with initially but over that now am loving my gs and huge salads
we have hired a independant midwife as doctor said i was to old to have baby at home had just turned 40 so as my husband says we sacked the doctor
there is so much pressure though if u tell someone how far u are there initial comment is have u had your scan? we are not having any
we told the midwife what our diet consists of and she has been very supportive
my iron was very low from miscarriage in aug10 but after being made aware of low iron i focused more on vit c with my greens and it has made a huge difference
were planning a waterbirth and i have been reading Ina Mays guide to childbirth which i cant recommend highly enough
good luck and cant wait to hear how you get on xx
