i'm feeding it pretty much only raw... but now i don't know anything like what am i supposed to feed it.. I'm feeding it nuts.. Is that raw? I don't know really because i just started. Any other tips would be helpful. Thanks.

Whoa, slow down, do some research. What is good to your body is not automatically good to your dog (just look at his teeth!).
Dogs are designed as carnivores, do some research about what to feed him naturally.
Here is a quick list of things to avoid feeding him at all costs.

It's very important to fully research the diet BEFORE starting your dog on it. You can do harm if the diet is incorrect.
-Side note -
I find it strange that you're referring to your dog as an "It" instead of 'he' or 'she'. - maybe it's just me, though.
