    Default the water fast

    Hello,

    I am trying to get back to the way I was raw :) and feeling great, but the water fast set me back, the two weeks was great until the break they started out with juice, but said i needed steam veg's all the talked mayed sence at the time but now I am having a hard time geting back. I don't eat meat or dairy at all. but I have been doing steam veg and beans at times.I am starting a juice fast the 17th hoping this will help, anyone have any ideals.

    How about doing the 30 Day Challenge and committing to 30 days of eating yummy raw food?
