Chlorella - I take tablets in the morning and before bed. I also tried chewing them and . We will be buying powder so we can just add it to green juices in the morning. :)
Spirullina - I also think that the taste is a lot stronger making it harder to eat. My BF sprinkled it on top of the avocados in my salad. That tasted pretty good and that is the way I am taking it from now on. Works for me!
