An Alissa Cohen Level 1 Class in PA!!!

Hey everyone!!!!

I am preparing to teach an Alissa Cohen Level 1 Chef Certification Class during the month of February, 2011!!!!! I'd like to see how many would like to take the Class. Some are willing to drive, I know. If you would like a class there, would you prefer Pittsburg or Philidelphia? Also, if you'd like a private home Class, that's a possibility!!!!

Here are some details:

I need to make sure that it's worth it for me to make such a trip.

With that in mind, Alissa's Level 1, 4 hour Class is $125 (and she does get 20% of that amount)..... but I would be charging over that amount (obviously) for me to come there to do the Class. Here is what I feel is a fair price to charge. *Basing it on Alissa's 3 day Class which costs around $2400, if I divide that by 3 (for a one day Class) that brings me to $800. *That would be my fee in additional to the $125 for the Class. *So the total for me to come and do the Class would be $925. *I will include all food and equipment, as well as cover the amount of my expenses to travel to you from Texas.

Another possibility would be to come to YOUR home and just give you a PRIVATE Alissa Cohen Level 1 Class. That way you can learn in the comfort and privacy of your own home! Would that be better for you?

Also, as far as the Class date...it can be anytime during the month of February for the private Level 1 Class, but I will pick the date of February 25th*and 26th for the mass Class in PA (not sure if it'll be Pittsburg ir Philly....depending on the response I get for that I get).

I am also available to teach Level 2 also!!! So, let me know if you'd like to take Level 1, 2, or BOTH Classes!!!

Please give me some feedback, if you're interested!!! BTW, if you don't live in PA and desire to have a Class anywhere in the US, please let me know...I AM willing to travel to you!!!! International travel is also possible...of course there will be an additional fee for that... ;)
