    Default Yipee!!

Today is a total 3 months raw!! I am loving my new lifestyle. I'm more educated than I was 3 months ago-- and even able to handle the comments I'm getting. My friend told me today--that most people wouldn't agree with how I'm eating! Funny comment. Hmmm, that doesn't matter to me! I'm looking for the quality of life that all these people(including her) are losing!!
Anyway, thanks to the forum again--I'm learning much and it is nice to feel like I have a connection with others eating like me!!

Blizzard, so happy for your success. I try to tell people that I am raw just so they will either question me or go google it. Yesterday I made the Noasted Turkey (lolf) for our TG meal but I didn't set it out for everyone. My brother in law asked what that was on my plate, tried it, and loved it. Strange, but oh so delicious.

Another funny from yesterday...Someone asked for sugar and I directed them to a mason jar in the back of the cuboard. My dad got the jar, read the label stuck on it and proceeded to find me. I was already laughing. I had written POISON on the label. Everyone got a kick out of that one. Hope they got the message.

I think the underlying message of the raw lifestyle is quality of life. Someone on RFT has the quote " I didn't know I was sick until I felt better" on their signature line. Isn't that the truth. You keep goin Blizzard!

Blizzard, that is FABULOUS!!!! I'm SO thrilled for you! Just keep "swimmin'"!!! That's good that you don't let negative comments affect you! You eat the best way for "YOU" and you'll be happier for it. Remember, misery loves company--SAD eaters feel bad and want you to feel bad along with them!!! It takes a lot of guts to go against the "grain"... Live bodies need live food...that's so great that you see that!

Dawn, you CRACK me up!!!!! I *LOVE* the Nosted Turkey!!! Be sure to make the Potato Salad in LOLF also! SOOOO Good!!!
