In my opinion based on more than 40 years as a health responsible person, raw and living foods is just the beginning. Moving to raw and living foods is such a philosophical revolution, that everything else I have learned will have to be re-evaluated. It seems like a lot of the things, but not all, that I have been doing to be healthy have simply been compensating for eating almost entirely cooked food. For example, I have a lot of pill bottles filled with pills in my cupboard and on my counter, all lined up very neat and orderly. Most of those pill bottles are a compensation for eating cooked food. Most of them will not be re-bought when I run out.

But, amongst the nutrition oriented things that I may continue will be Vitamin D, Ayurvedic medicine, and perhaps mega-vitamins.

I would love to read what other people have to say. After all, I am but a seed in the fast forest of raw and living foods. :)
