When you see Alissa make the Calzone all of your fears will disappear! :)

This is awesome, Reneeh, Thank you.
I really want to try the eggplant bacon. Looks good with the blt. Also the corn chowder and avo skins.... OMG they look great. It's wonderful to have a picture along with the wonderful food. You are inspiring to make more of these recipes myself.

Thanks BlackKat!!! :)
Here are some from today:
Sweet Potato-Grapefruit Soup (RFFE, page 326):

Hummm...well, it had to grow on me. The first bite I was worried because the combination sounds "interesting...." But, after that I LOVED it!!!! The more I ate it, the more I loved it!!! I especially love the Basil in it!
My kids didn't care much for it until I told them that they could suck it down with a straw like a Sweet Potato-Grapefruit Soup SMOOTHIE!!!!! LOL!!!!! Then, they LOVED it!!! LOL!!!!
I also made Alissa's Sausage Patties (RFFE, pg 208) because I want to make the Sausage & Onion Pizza tomorrow...
I made some like links and some like patties:

Oh, my GOOOOODNESS!!!!!!!!! I couldn't stop licking the BOWL!!!!

SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's THAT good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't WAIT till these are firm!!!!

Loving this thread!!!! I also had the Sweet Potato Soup last night... YUM!!!! I needed salt added but OMG so good. I ended up putting some sprouted quinoa in it because I wanted something more filling. VERY nice. Will make it again for sure. Tasted like Thai food. I also made the BLT today....... To die for, so good. I get to have them in my lunch 2 days this week :) Going to try the Butternut Ravioli this week.

Renee you are so awesome for letting us follow you thru this journey. I need to venture out to other recipes so I think I will study this thread and others like it.
Do you have a way to put together meal plans from Alissas book? I seem to just look thru the book and then move back to the same ole routine. I need some motivation or maybe just a few less projects!

Thank you! Hummm...good Question!
I usually spend some time the night before thinking about what I'd like to have the next day. I ask the kids what they'd like to have and make my menu based on that. Most of the time they say, "Whatever you fix is fine!", which means I'm on my own and have to come up with something.
I love looking at the photo thread! That gives me ideas sometimes, or I just cruise through Alissa's book and see what my taste buds scream for! For me, I absolutely *HAVE* to make things the night before or the morning of. If I wait, I may not have the things I need for what I want to make.
Living on Live Food had a 30 day plan...Raw Food for Everyone does not. So, you have to be creative and come up with a meal plan. But, I think that's what Alissa is trying to tell us. I love trying new recipes, but I wish I had the ingredients for everything in the book!!! Sometimes I look at what I've got and make my menu based on what I see in the frig!
Thanks for asking!!! :)

You are SOOO RAWKIN' it!!!!! You GO Gurl!!!! Look at YOU!!!!! I'm SO proud!!!!!
Today I have to work, so it's been leftover nibbles for me! I totally LOVE the Sausage!!! I dehydrated them a really long time, though cuz I wanted to get that crispiness that Alissa said it should have. I wrapped them in Lettuce and had some on w flax cracker....SOOO GOOD!!! I still wanna make the Sausage & Onion pizza when I get home from my trip, so I had to stop myself from eating them!!!!
I absolutely LOVE the Enchaladas even more today! I warmed them in the Big "D" for an hour and they were wonderful!!! I also had Alissa's Corn Chips today:

They were good, but honestly I like the more simple ones from LOLF!!! But, these are good, though...

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean here... Are you saying that these dishes look different every time they're posted? Cuz I totally don't agree, if that's what you mean...
But, I'm not sure..

I made the Butternut Squash Ravioli!! They were very good. A lot of work though and very rich. I had left over squash mix so am freezing for next time. I accidentally overdid the salt, so I wasn't able to eat too much but I will try them again. The main part I am not in love with is the crunchiness of the Ravioli part... anybody try Ravioli with something less crunchy then turnips and had success? I am even thinking papaya would be amazing with this with all the warm spices and curry. I did use a mandolin too.
I have the pickled pink onions in the fridge and the sweet pickles asparagus pickling too for the Arugula-Grapefruit salad. I also have a papaya on hand for the Papardelle. Looking forward to uncooking this weekend. I am sorry for no pictures but I will work on it. :)
