Finally, I wrapped all of it up in Saran Wrap to help apply pressure to the cheese for draining:

As Appifanie said, "TAAAAA DAAAA!!!!" All done!!! I can't WAIT till tomorrow and I can REALLY make Alissa's Grezzo Cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I tasted the Rejuvelac, it's actually not bad tasting... got a sweetness to it. It does kinda smell like old socks, though!!! My body kinda "tingles" all over from drinking it!!!! (that's a GOOD thang, yau'll!!!) I feel energized!!! I like it!!! I look forward to making a Smoothie later with it!!!

Thank you so much Alissa!!! I was able to look back on my 450 class photos and see the steps made, which I really appreciated!!! I felt like you were holding my hand through it!!!!! I'm SO thrilled with making this today!!!

Believe it or not, it was actually an easy process!!!! You guys CAN do this!!! Try it!!!

No problem, I think the papaya one is in the main course section. I know I saw it in there somewhere! LOL I'll find it :)

    Hey all!! :)

I made the Pickled Ginger!! Spicy stuff!!! I had alot of ginger and didn't have the spices recommended in the recipes. plus I tried to slice em real thin. My mandoline doesn't really slice thin so I did it by hand. it still turned out good!!!

Next time, I'm gonna make it exactly how it is in the recipe, because I believe that it would even turned out better. This is something I will make over and over. Sometimes, I diced em up so I can spice up many dishes with ginger or put them in salad. Or just eat them straight up, after eating a couple....it really feels spicy in my throat....whoo! I like it though!!

**wonders if Renee has room in her house for me and my daughter to move in...or at least for us to have dinner every day. **

Well....I'm making Gnocchi Carbonara tomorrow!!!! No dehydrating needed for this one, but I want to make it with the Eggplant Bacon, so I'm putting that in the "Big D" tonight and hopefully it'll be ready by tomorrow night!

Any other takers!!! Come on, yau'll!!! You can do it! Alissa says that it was one of the most popular dishes at Grezzo! And, I remember it was SUPER GOOD!!! Can't WAIT to try it again...I've been almost a week without nut based food and I'm ready to nut it up again....well, for dinner anyway. I'm still gonna do Juicing/Smoothies/Fruit during the day in anticipation for my deliciously RAW meal!!!

I will not be making the entire recipe...I'm gonna do 1/2 of 1/2 since my Hubby & Son are allergic to Cashews and Pine Nuts and can't eat it.

    I'll photograph tomorrow at dinner...

Toodles!!! (I just to dance!!! )
