Oh my GOODNEsS!!!!!! How did I miss your lovely Steak!!!!!! It looks fabulous!!!!!!

Today, I made Avacado-Cucumber Soup from RFFE, page 321!!! Very creamy! The Lemon in it really stays with ya!

Next time I'll add more crunchiness to it, though...

    But, it's good! :)

I made the kale-strawberry-peach smoothie - I usually don't make smoothies without bananas but it was yummy!

    Hey you two!!!!

Oh my! There are just SOOOO many recipes to love!!! But I must say that the Granola is the Best I've ever tasted!!! The Chia Pudding is also fantastic! Its amazing how much the Sausage Patties REALLY taste like the SAD kind! The Pancakes and Crepes are also delicious!!!!

My favorite lunch is Alissa's Greek Pizza...hands down! When you make it, make sure you use fresh Sage! OMG! Makes all the difference!!! Another favorite is the Papaya Steak...I make it with the Whipped Parsnips!!! Yummy!!! I also LOVE the Calamari!!! You guys, it's fantastic!!!!! Her Asparagus with Eggplant Bacon is just to LIVE for!!!! The BLTA Wrap is super great!!! I couldn't LIVE without Alissa's Enchaladas! I make her Maranara to pour on top!!! Great!!! The Tomato Ravioli is wonderfully simple and so yummy!!!

Soups, I was surprised how much I liked the Sweet Potato-Grapefruit Soup! Make sure you don't forget the Jalapeño in that one! It's just not the same without it!!! My kids STILL go coo-coo for Alissa's Corn Chowder! Her Broccoli Soup had to grow on me, but I just love it now!

If you've never had Alissa's Brownies, you're missin' out!!!! Make them with the Icecream and you'll be in total heaven!!! The Sundae was always Alissa's favorite at Grezzo! I made the Vanilla Macaroons for my raw biz and they were always a great hit! What can I say about the Date Nut Torte! It's also a best seller for me! Definitely make the Angel Food Cake!!!! OMG!!!! The Raspberry Sauce is beyond words!!!!!

There are still many recipes I need to make from RFFE. And, you guys are inspiring me to put my Apron back on!!!!!! :). So, stay tuned!!!! ;)
