I made this Sunday and let it sit overnight so everything could meld together. Very good! I'll definitely be making it again and again and again......

I'm making this tomorrow. I was going to make it today but ran out of daylight. I have red cabbage which needs using so will use that and maybe a bit of kohl rabi. Will try the nori avo suggestion. I need more avos though.

I made this recipe first thing I got up. I had to try to remember the recipe because my phone battery was dead. Mine is delish but quite a few different ingredients and I had no lemons so used orange juice. Firstly I used red cabbage and upped the carrot quantity. Secondly I added a whole white onion and two cloves garlic and some grated ginger. I toyed with adding a chilli but didn't in the end.

If you haven't tried this yet you are missing out!

I am making another batch tonight. I now use organic purple cabbage instead of the green/white and raw, organic black sesame seeds instead of the white/brown ones and the coleslaw is just gorgeous to look at!

Mine was with red cabbage too. I use red cabbage a lot, especially in coleslaw. Mine really got fermenting big style and while it tasted very good the smell became over powering in the caravan!
