Default It just seems so right...

There's something about a raw food diet that seems right to me. I really like it, but I fear never being able to go on it due to lack of a job. Then again, I'm only 17, and I have time ahead of me, but I almost feel this sort of eagerness to start. I feel like it would benefit me in terms of human longevity, which is what I am ultimately aiming for. There's so many vegan sources of protein that seem preferable to me, rather than constantly eating meat.

That's another thing, I'm beginning to grow apathetic toward eating meat. Now, I only eat it because I don't want to substitute it with soy products. I've had soy in the past, and it didn't react well with me at all. I'd much prefer creating high-cal smoothies and eating nutritious seeds and other sources of adequate vitamins and minerals.

Seeing as this is gaining my interest, I wonder if I could go into a holistic health career field, or perhaps become a yoga instructor due to my ability to attain flexibility. Often I over-analyze and wonder what I'd do if I were to go on vacation, where raw food may not be an option. I have years ahead of me...should I stop thinking about it and come back to it later? I just feel like I could add some serious years onto my life in doing this...I want optimal health, and I want it now-er, soon! Haha...anyway...

sorry, you have been bitten by the raw food bug!!
It will always feel like the answer because it is the answer!!

just try to incorporate raw into your life whenever you have the opportunity. or try to use the law of attraction and draw it into your life.

I dont know how you get your food, but there are lots of threads on this forum about eating raw on a budget- or maybe you can go shopping with or make a list for the person that does the shopping.

also look into foraging and flea markets. you can always come back later to raw, but why put off the inevitable?

Yeah, I've been piecing it together little by little. Soon enough when I get a source of income I can really get serious about this.

And, I just had some "cheezy" kale chips. Delicious! Yeah, I could definitely pull this off!:)
