Hey. Thought I'd add my info/pictures here.
The before shot on the page is of me at age 17 on a SAD diet. I was 220 pounds.
The next shot of me is at 165 pounds on a raw food diet, age 23.

Wow! You are one flexible guy!
I think its so great that you found this diet so young, just think when your my age (44) you'll look 25! LOL It's an incredible way to eat.

Oh- this is so sad. I hope the pics will be restored minus the links. These are motivational photos to newbies in raw food diet.
I love it when people on raw food diet are exhorting one another...providing motivations here and there.
