Today is my three year raw anniversary. Three years ago I stepped into the world of fasting and raw and discovered health... and some great weight release.
This journey has brought me to a place of deep connectedness with my Self, a deeper connection with my body and into a place of being an example for my kids - which is the greatest benefit to all of this. Me making this change has changed their lives and I love that.
So please take a moment and say a small blessing for this journey we are all on... we are truly blessed to find this lifestyle... and the many gifts that comes from it.

The thing that makes me want to laugh hysterically is how easy this is. I'm NOT hungry, and if I am, it's my own fault for not eating enough, but it's so easy... don't count calories, don't limit myself, if I want chocolate I have it in the form of brownies or banana ice cream, and the weight is just falling off. But honestly the weight falling off is even secondary to just how absolutely amazing I feel. I can't believe I felt so bad for so long and didn't think of doing something sooner...What's even funnier is that my sweet tooth is disappearing - I made the chocolate comment and then I'm sitting here thinking umm...yeah haven't even had those things for quite a while. I just love the freshness of fruit and veggies.
