    Default Juicing fullness

just finished reading youhadme's BB&B post and it got me tothinking...
today I started a liquid day. I had for breakfast my spinach, carrot, celery, apple juice. I decided to run it through the juicer again as the pulp was still moist which yielded me about 2 more sips of energy and up until 5pm cst when I fixed dd's dinner of baby bello's and zuchetti with sauce I've only had water. How filling was that glass of juice. I've had more energy today and on wednesday when I juiced I felt so much better, so I'm thinking I'm going to be doing a lot more juicing. I do enjoy smoothies dd has one each morning for school (staw/blue berries, almond milk or orange juice , whey protein, yogurt).
another thing I'm going to do is since I've found out how to 'blog' I'm going to start that next.
The people of this site are very supportive, from the post's I've read, willing to offer advice when asked and sharing their experiences with 'seeds' like myself. the one thing I am concerned about is the 'detox' other than a bad headache the first day or two I've not had any issues. I also like how if someone slips off the proverbial raw-wagon no one beats them up and makes them feel bad, it's support, support, support. I'm now going to try and do some blogging... wish me luck. and sorry this turned into more than a post about the original topic of being full on juiced foods.

I've been reading your posts and how long could a person who's just beginning to get into the raw lifestyle do juicing for without harming their body? reason i'm asking is I was speaking to my children's father telling him that tomorrow dd was going to do juices all day well he hopped right up on the 'she needs protein' high horse and galloped away. so I want to be able to tell him for certain that one day juicing will not cause harm to our dd. after talking to him I had to go make some fudge.... ugh!

oh I have a ? for you if I may. is there any combo's that I shouldn't try to do?
    TIA Ferb

children should not fast. period. i totally disagree with kids fasting. they need more than fasting can give them... their bodies are growing. they need to eat!

what i don't like... you may like. so nope, i have no 'don't do it' combos for ya.
