    Default Raw pizza

I just had to talk about my dinner tonight. It was so incredible!

I bought raw pizza crusts from ecopolitan and topped them with Alissa's mozzerella, alissa's marinara, some chopped onion, olives and green pepper.

With food like this...I don't miss ANYTHING from the cooked world!!!

I just put some raw pizza in the dehydrator. I've never tried it before, so I'm anxious to see how it comes out in the morning. I used eggplant that I rubbed some olive oil on for crust, with alissa's marina sauce and some nutritional yeast sprinkled on top. If it comes out yummy I'll probably put some avo, spinach and onions on top. I'm nervous about the eggplant, I've never liked it, but I'll let y'all know how it comes out. It was super easy!

    Chilove,

Marinate the eggplant in some umeoshi (spelling is off) plum vinegar and add some spices that you like and them marinate - it is wonderful. I always make mine a little spicy and I slice it by hand, so it is a thin/thick slice - not a chunk, and not paperthin. Marinate over night and it is wonderful. The Plum vinegar is salty, so be mindful of that. You can create a marinade either way, deyhrated and flavorfilled in the way to go.

The eggplant pizza came out really yummy! I put avo, purple onion and tomato on them. I will definitely make them again.
