    Unhappy Fell off the bandwagon

I went camping with my family for 5 days and I forgot almost all my prepared food in the fridge at home and so I ended up eating cooked food(I would really call it cooked junkfood) for 4 days.

Now that I am back home I am only craving cooked and I don't desire anything else! I have tried restarting my good habits with green smoothies but I end up eating cooked anyway.

Do you have any tips or ideas that might help me get back on track for eating healthy again?

Take it one day at a time.
Go raw tomorrow for the day and tell yourself that you can have cooked the following day.

Try matching your cravings. I bet the junk food was either salty or sweet, right? If sweet, try having something sweet like either a date nut torte or see if a ripe, juicy mango is tempting. Oh, and blueberry pie! Treat yourself and celebrate the tastiness of raw, so it doesn't seem like a chore. Also, make sure it's colorful! Raw food, I have always felt, is so much more pleasing to the eye.

When I would make it I would use half and half chocolate powder and carob and I would add either walnuts or pecans.
