    Default Green Smoothies & Juice

I'm interested in people's combinations for green smoothies. I know people list food, but what about the actual amounts of each also? I'm kind of scared and reluctant to add weird things not normally in smoothies and bad combinations that would waste the food. I guess I have the same question about juicing. I've only juiced fruits, carrots, and celery. Jucing leaves and broccoli, ect. scare me too that it will taste bad

Why not start with the things that you like and do not scare you and then gradually add a little of the things that scare you. I did this and now find that my smoothies are at the recomended level of 60%green to 40% fruit. ( I also add gorund flaxseeds and some flaxseed oil or Udo's oil.
