    Default Dehydrating crackers

This is the third time I made crackers in the dehydrator and they are crumbly again. Why is that??? Am I drying them too long?? Or not long enough? I am very very new to this dehydrating thing. Guess I need a book or something.

Without knowing the ingredients, it's hard to tell. Not enough info.

What are you using to hold them together? Flax? Chia? Give us a clue.

It had flax, sesame seeds, dates, and sea salt.

Did you crush the flax or soak it. Was it holding together well before you dried it. Perhaps you layed it on too thin.
