Lightbulb Please tell us what you like to sprout!

    I've tried with some success:
sesame, rye, lentil, wheat, chick peas, oats....

the wheat and the rye I used for pizza crust- hmmm - it needs some work!

I want to try wild rice (a grass?) and sunflower, teff, and (broccoli; I wonder if you have to order these seeds or can buy at grocery?)

    ~comments please~

I think that Quinoa is the easiest because it is sprouting after a day. I think that Alfalfa is almost imposible to get wrong and I have had them in the fridge 10 days after sprouting and they were still great. Third on my list would be Sunflower (Hulled and unhulled). I also do Chick Peas for hummous,

I sprout lentils, mung beans, fenugreek, quinoa, alfalfa, rye, soft winter wheat, hard red winter wheat for growing wheatgrass, and the ones I grow in soil are sunflower seeds and buckwheat.
