Hey Everyone,

Lots of you are writing the office asking about when the new book will be out and some other happenings. I'm getting really good about posting in my blog (yeah! Finally finding the time to write more and I love it!) so please check it out frequently. I usually post a few times a week now. Sometimes its just a recipe but I also post about whats going on and anything coming up.

I just had a SUCCESSFUL Level 1 Class (YEA!!!!!) and my Students asked me for the following items: Nut Bags, Saladacco, Dehydrator, Vitamix, and a garlic press. I know you were doing oils at the resteraunt, but what about natural Shampoo & Conditioner?

Never had durian before, will get it as soon as I see one and refer to your step by step on how to open a durian! That is so cool. Can't wait to see one in real life!!
Ideas for the store....hmmm.....toothpaste for raw foodies??? Cool gadgets to use for uncooking like the lemon juicer, advocado peeler, and stuff that help uncooking much more easier, faster, and funner!!

Hey Everyone!
Thanks so much! I'm starting a list. Some of the items you all mentioned will be in the shop already but love the other ideas! Mini dehydrator? Hm, Ive never seen one but love that! Have you ever seen one? Toothpaste and other stuff - coming soon..
And i think ill try to find a source to ship coconuts... I know a lot of people have a hard time finding them.

NON-plastic dehydrators would be geat!

I've only found one good quality completely stainless steel dehydrator (with S.S. shelves, NOT chrome), and they didn't ship to Canada.

If you could carry that and ship it here (for not an absurd cost!), that would be AWESOME! :)

something I've been looking for but have not found ANYWHERE.... small bags for produce! I take in my large muslin bags shopping ... but end up putting my veggies into small plastic bags anyway.... what a waste! If someone came up with 'smaller size bags' - maybe with drawstrings or even open ended I don't care... it would be great!
