Default Do I have to eat nuts and seeds?

or can I just eat a big variety of sprouts (along with greens and fruits of course)

Soaking nuts and seeds is apparently better for digestion,.. buts that tastes yak!

Nope, you don't need to eat nuts and seeds, you can eat avocados and coconuts instead!

Thats because you're suppose to use them in recipes. they taste good that way. cant see going for the rest of my life avoiding them.

You may soak them and then dehydrate them again. That way you will get rid of much of the enzyme inhibitors, increase the nutrients and they will still be crunchy.

IMHO, you can eat whatever you'd like.

when i first started raw, i didn't eat nuts or seeds. i ate avocado and coconut oil when i felt like my body wanted fat.

that was just personal preference, though. :)

I like nuts dehydrated after they soak...they taste even better to me. But I dont eat many nuts at all..too heavy for me. People in transition to raw like em though sometimes.

Just follow your body, you don't have to eat anything.
However, fats are very important, so remember your avocado and coconut. ;)

Soak and then dehydrate your nuts and seeds if you think they're yukky just soaked.

I eat 2 to 4 brazil nuts per week just to boost my selenium levels and no more.
You do not need nuts at all.
I do take seeds to keep up my essential fatty acids level.
