    How about grinding the chia seeds (or flax seeds) first, and then allowing that to gel up your mixture? Hmmm... need to try this. :)

    Yeah... i was telling my wife about the revelation of chia seeds and I was like "i just wonder if they would be too crunchy" Which she then smacked my head and said "grind them you idiot".

    I' m going to try raw jam. What a great idea, put it in washed jam jar, kids will never know.
