Default Can't even get the books and DVD's

The closest thing we have to a raw restaurant is buying a banana and sitting outside on a bench!

I live in the Philippines and with the resources available to me (bookstores etc) I cannot even get a copy of Alissa's Books and DVD's for the Philippine Raw Library that we run for the benefit of the small but growing group of people trying to do this here!

How blessed it is just to live in a place where you can get the books like the USA!

I highly suggest someone buying grezzo's and keep it going if you really like it! Maybe others will support that movement to keep Gezzo's going!

Well....... I tdon't think Alissa offers Scholarships, but I yhink she offers the next BEST thing... Certified Living on Live Food Instructors through her program!!! These classes are LESS expensive (Level 1 is only $125.00...!!!!). It's worth saving up for!!! Also, get Alissa's 1st book (it's even cheaper than that!!!) if you don't have it!!! If you follow her 1st 30 day plan, it's just like she's walking through the month with you!!!

Believe me, I'm gonna miss Grezzo too!!! But, we've got the inspiration behind the business!!! And, you NEVER KNOW what she's got in store next!!!! ;)

Yeah, I would definitely try Prana Raw Cafe. It's super easy to get to. All you have to do is get on the 57 at Kenmore and it takes you right to Newton Corner. Also The Otherside Cafe at Newbury St. and Mass. Ave has a few raw options. Cashew cheese with carrot and beet chips, a mock chicken salad, some peanut thing(though I'm not entirely sure if this is raw because I think the peanuts could be roasted), and a raw chocolate mousse. It just depends on whether you feel comfortable eating raw food in a restaurant environment that doesn't focus on raw.

I ate at Prana Cafe last week - pretty good.

As far as the waiter told me - only two things on the brunch/breakfast menu were not raw - the sprouted bagel and the warm cereal, but everything else was.

    The pizza was very good...
